Yoga has been part of my life since 2007, as I entered my early forties. This practice immediately brought calm and peace in my life, and as an anxious and overwhelmed mother of two, that was life changing! I became aware of my emotions, my triggers, and one step at a time, I became a much more nurturing and understanding mother, partner, and friend… and it never stops improving.
As a result I set out on a mission to help women in general, and mothers in particular, to overcome overwhelm and become empowered to live their best lives.
My teaching uses neuroscience as the foundation to explore and bring you the benefits of meditation, chanting, pranayama and asana.
