Yoga has long been a part of my journey, keeping me strong since a back injury in my early 20’s. I have maintained a regular practice ever since, affording me over two decades of personal practice. Over this time I have experienced the subtle shifts of the postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation, on my way of “being” in every day life. This inspires me to bring these powerful teachings to others.
I have gained over 1000 hours of yoga training over the years beginning in 2008. I enjoy teaching the traditional practices of yoga in a modern setting. Scientific research studies continue to provide well needed evidence in the effectiveness of these age old teachings. What a wonderful time to be a part of the wellbeing movement!
