I specialise in helping professionals (those working in law, finance, medicine, engineering, management and more) who are suffering from anxiety, stress and other mental and physical health concerns, to find balance and joy in their lives. Yes, it is possible!
My approach is straightforward: understanding how you’re experiencing imbalances and your health goals; and your active participation in therapy so that you gain confidence in your ability to take charge of your health and wellbeing.
The three pillars of movement, breathing and concentration are central in my design of therapeutic practices that are unique to you – your lifestyle and schedule; your commitments to work, family, friends and hobbies; your health and career goals; and everything else that is important to you.
I’ve been lawyering for 25 years and have an acute understanding of the challenges of professional work, and the risks associated with allowing work and life to remain unbalanced for too long. I manage my own physical and mental health using a combination of western medicine and eastern therapies and have been helping other professionals to achieve balance using these principles since 2013. I have been teaching meditation for Virgin Australia since 2017.
